• “International Trade and European Trade Policy” ;
• “European Economic Integration” .
Deadline extension: The registration of the papers will be open, on-line, on the site of the Conference: http://anale.steconomiceuoradea.ro, until 30th of April 2012.
Enjoying an exquisite scientific prestige and an important number of national and international participants, our Conference, on its 8th edition, intends to provide this year, too, the framework for relevant scientific debates in Economic Sciences (Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing etc.). The debates will be focused on the challenges of the European Integration, in the context of “exiting the crisis” and smart, sustainable, and inclusive growth (Europe 2020), with reference to both the framework specific to Romania, as a New Member State of the European Union, and the general framework of the latest European policies and practices.
Academic research, post-doctoral research, PhD research are welcomed approaches as academic papers, and also work-in-progress, case studies, projects, best practices etc. – as posters.
The registration of the papers will beopen, on-line, on the site of the Conference: http://anale.steconomiceuoradea.ro, during 1- 20 April 2012.

Language:
The language of Conference is English and Romanian.
The language of publication is English.
Instructions for authors:
The papers will be written in English, of 6 pages long. Papers must comply with the Instructions for authors available at: http://anale.steconomiceuoradea.ro/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/instructions-for-authors.pdf). Each author may submit maximum two papers – individual or in collaboration. In the case of submitting two papers, both papers will be registered within the same section of the conference. The acceptance of a paper implies that at least one of the authors must attend the conference and present the paper. One author/co-author can present two papers at the conference, if both are accepted as single author or first author.
Publication opportunity:
The accepted papers and their abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings“European Integration – New Challenges”, University of Oradea Publishing House, electronic format on CD-ROM, respectively in the Abstracts Proceedings “European Integration – New Challenges”, University of Oradea Publishing House, printed format, subject to author registration and payment. Papers recommended by the Scientific Committee will be published in the Journal“The Annals of the University Oradea. Economic Sciences” – Tom XXI, 2012 (No. 1 -July or No 2 -December), ISSN 1582-5450 (electronic format), ISSN 1222-569X (printed format), journal counted by the National Authority as B+ CNCSIS – Romania, and RePec, EBSCO, DOAJ, SCIPIO, CABELL’S DIRECTORY OF PUBLISHING OPPORTUNITIES indexed, after a peer review evaluation process of Editorial Board. All published papers will be also available, with freefull text access, on the site of the journal: http://anale.steconomiceuoradea.ro.
Registration fee:
- 400 LEI/first paper, 200 LEI/second paper, for the same author (single author or first author) – for national payments;
- 100 EURO/first paper, 50 EURO/second paper, for the same author (single author or first author) – for international payments;
- 50% discount – for doctoral and post-doctoral students, for maximum two individual papers, for the same author (single author), mentioning the doctoral or post-doctoral program, coordinating institution and scientific coordinator.

Registration fee covers registration, conference package (Program, Conference Proceedings, and Volume of Abstracts), access to all conference sessions, coffee breacks, lunch for both conference days and festive dinner. The conference package will be available only for the authors who attend. If the paper is multi-authored and more than one author would like to attend the conference, each participant must pay the registration fee separately.
Transport and accommodation costs will be covered by participants.
