●商品紹介
1697～1720年にイギリスの銀貨として使われていた配合のbritannia silver(958)
一般的によく使われているsterling silver(925)に比べると、銀の純度が高いので、硫化による変色(黒ずみ)が起こりづらく、上品なエイジングをしてくれます。
また柔らかいので、サイズ調整もしやすいかと思います。
(※銀の純度が高いから良いというわけではなく、好みや用途の問題です)

white britannia silver は白いコーティングをしているので、最初はムラのあるマットなホワイトですが、使い込むうちにコーティングが剥がれ、光沢感が出てきます。
つけ方や保管方法などでエイジングの仕方が変わり、
人それぞれ違うテクスチャーになるので、面白いかなと思います。
