3年ほど前に丸の内で購入しました。
ハーマンミラー×ジラード×ペンドルトンのウールブランケットです。
厚めの生地のブランケットで、上質なウールがふんだんに使われ、肌触りの素晴らしい商品です。
別宅に保有してあったものですが、全く使用しておりませんでしたので断捨離のためお譲りすることにしました。

■製品説明
アレキサンダー・ジラードデザインの色彩豊かなスローブランケット
ハーマンミラー社のテキスタイルデザイナーを務めたミッドセンチュリーを代表するデザイナーのAlexander Girard （アレキサンダー・ジラード）。
1960年代半ばジラードは、ブラニフ国際航空の総合的な企業イメージデザインを依頼され、ロゴマーク、ラウンジの家具から荷物用タグにいたるまで、実に1万7543点ものアイテムを手がけました。この色彩豊かなスローブランケットもその一つです。
鮮やかな色使いが特徴的なGirard Throw(ジラードスロー）。スローブランケットは、アメリカの老舗ウールブランドPendleton(ペンドルトン)が製造。ペンドルトンの製品はジラード自身も熱心にコレクションしていたと言われています。
