Bursa Baden-Württemberg Stipendium 2013-2014

Bursa Baden-Württemberg Stipendium 2013-2014

We would like to invite your students to compete for the Baden-Württemberg Stipendium for a semester abroad during the 2013-2014 academic year at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Villingen-Schwenningen.

The Baden-Württemberg Stipendium is a scholarship funded by the Baden- Württemberg Stiftung, a non-profit organisation which strives to promote a lively and sustainable state of Baden-Württemberg. This foundation aims to strengthen international cooperation between the state of Baden-Württemberg and the rest of the world through our partner institutions and exchange programs.

We would like to award scholarships to students who plan to study here at the Duale Hochschule Villingen-Schwenningen for one or more semesters during the 2013-2014 academic year. Each selected scholarship recipient will be awarded €1200 for one semester abroad.

Please nominate students from your university to apply for the Baden-Württemberg Stipendium who have good or excellent grade-point averages, foreign language competency in German or English and a particular interest in extra-curricular involvement at their university and in their community both at home and in their host country. Scholarship recipients may not receive any other scholarships (e.g. Erasmus) for their time at our university.

Once we have received the nominations from you, we will contact the students directly and send them the link for the online procedure.

Nominees are required upload a CV, a letter of re-commendation, a transcript, proof of language proficiency, and a written motivation. The deadline for applications is 30 June 2013 for the Fall Semester 2013 and 15 December 2013 for the Spring Semester 2014. Scholarship recipients will be selected by a team here at the university in Villingen-Schwenningen.

Thank you for your support and cooperation. We look forward to continue working with you.

Kind regards,

Claudia Rzepka
